Eat: For farm-fresh dining at its peak, San José del Cabo’s Flora Farms, Tamarindos, and ACRE each serve innovative menus using their own harvested ingredients. They also offer cooking classes, so you can learn to recreate your favorite dishes at home.
Day-Trip: Todos Santos, a seaside village that’s home to artists and surfers, is quickly becoming a Baja California Sur hotspot. Spend the day browsing galleries and boutiques and cool off with a drink at the infamously named Hotel California. Wrap up your excursion with a sunset dinner at El Mirador Oceanview Restaurant, offering panoramic vistas of the beach, desert, and mountains.
