Overview: For the Capture Paradise Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) Sponsor wants Eligible Entrants to share their favorite Interval vacation photograph. Photographs will not be judged, and the winner will be selected by random drawing. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, share photographs (including the winning entry), on Sponsor’s social media, newsletters, and other media and digital platforms/channels. See Section 2 for additional Eligibility requirements and Section 8 for complete Prize details. Please review these Official Rules carefully.

1. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Interval International, Inc., a State of Florida, U.S. corporation; 6262 Sunset Drive, Miami, Florida 33143 U.S.A (“Sponsor” or “Interval”). The Administrator is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, New York 11747 (the “Administrator”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to Individual Members in good standing (pursuant to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions of Individual Membership and Exchange) as of the date the Sweepstakes begins, who are legal residents in one of the fifty (50) United States of America, Washington, D.C. (excluding U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries, outside of the fifty (50) United States) or Canada (excluding Québec) and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age (or the “age of majority” if higher in the participant’s jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry (each an “Eligible Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, webmasters, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they live), and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable national, federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void in Québec and where prohibited by law.  Participation constitutes each Eligible Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Internet access is required to enter.

Eligible Entrants will receive a copy of the 2024 The Great Escapes Issue of Interval World magazine which includes an invitation to participate in this Sweepstakes (“Magazine Sweepstakes page”) and directions on how to participate. The Magazine Sweepstakes page will include a QR Code with a link to the Sweepstakes website, as outlined in Section 4 below.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Aug. 1, 2024, at midnight United States Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Dec. 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period.

Approximate Draw Date/Winner Notification Date – Jan. 10, 2025

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the QR Code on the Magazine Sweepstakes page using the following steps:

i. Open the camera app on your phone.

ii. Hold your phone so that the QR Code appears in view.

iii. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR Code.

Eligible Entrants who perform each of the following actions will then receive an entry in the Sweepstakes drawing (an “Entrant”):

a) Complete the Submission Form: Follow the instructions and links on the Sweepstakes website to complete the Submission 
 Form that shall include providing the information/answering the questions in the following mandatory fields.

i. Full name.

ii. Confirm status as an Interval member.

iii. Interval membership number.

iv. Phone number.

v. Address.

vi. Email.

vii. Upload your favorite Interval vacation photo (one (1) photo).

viii. Provide the location of the photo.

ix. What made this vacation memorable? (up to 75 words).

x. Agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one (1) Entrant per Interval membership may submit an entry.

Entrants may only use their own personal vacation photograph that is their sole, original, and unaltered work. Photograph used must not be owned, taken, or edited by a professional photographer or videographer who has a copyright or other ownership right to the photograph, and the entry may only contain images of individuals who consent to their image being used for entry in the Sweepstakes. If the entry contains images of children under the age of 18, only parents or legal guardians of the children in the photograph may submit the photograph with an entry. No entry should have been submitted previously in any sweepstakes or competition of any kind. All entries must comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements of these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Official Rules, and User-Generated Content Terms of Use (“UGC Terms”) and the requirements identified in these Official Rules (the “Entry Requirements”).

Only the Prize stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or Interval membership. Entrants must not create and use multiple/different email addresses (if applicable), identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods in an attempt to obtain additional entries, and any such attempt will void that person’s entry (as outlined above) and that person may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries must be complete to be eligible to enter and win. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, damaged, stolen, unintelligible, illegal, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being both the authorized account holder and Entrant. Entries specifying an invalid, nonworking, or inactive address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Standard charges relating to internet access and phone usage imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

By entering you agree to waive any rights you may have to the entry submitted and grant Sponsor a license to the entry and Materials as set forth in the UGC Terms and Section 7 below. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. All Entrants agree that Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with an entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and as Sponsor sees fit. However, Entrant personal information will not be used for marketing purposes.

5. Random Drawing: One (1) Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries (as described in Section 4 above) received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of a potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will select the potential Sweepstakes winner using a random, computer-generated process, from all eligible entries on or around noon ET on or about the date outlined in Section 3 above. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential Prize winner will be notified by email to the account that sent in the winning submission. Except where legally prohibited, the potential Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of being notified, a Declaration of Eligibility and Release in order to claim their prize. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, they will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to be eligible to receive the Prize. If Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential Prize winner is disqualified, if potential Prize winner declines to accept the Prize, if potential Prize winner fails to sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, if a potential Prize winner fails to agree to the UGC Terms, if a potential Prize winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), or if a potential Prize winner is unavailable to accept the Prize within the time period specified by Sponsor for any reason, the potential Prize winner will be disqualified and will forfeit their prize, and within ten (10) business days thereof an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected at random in their place from among all other eligible entries. Alternate potential Prize winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements. If necessary, three (3) alternate Prize winners will be selected for the Prize offered, after which time the Prize will remain unawarded.

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification and forfeiture of an alternate Prize winner, and the determination of a new alternate winner, may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within 48 hours after its transmission; [2] the return of an email as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any notification as undeliverable; [4] potential Prize winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, and/or residency; [5] potential Prize winner’s failure to execute and return by email all Sponsor-requested documents (collectively, “Declarations”) within seventy-three (73) hours after transmission; [6] potential Prize winner’s failure to execute and return by Declarations via DocuSign within seven (7) days after reception; [7] potential Prize winner’s failure to agree to the UGC Terms; [8] potential Prize winner’s failure to claim any prize within seventy-three (73) hours after receiving notification of winning; and [9] any other noncompliance with these Official Rules and the UGC Terms. Administrator may require signed Declarations to be notarized at its sole discretion.

6. Verification of Potential Winners: All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor or administrator, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An Entrant is not a PRIZE winner, unless and until Entrant’s eligibility, AND the potential sweepstakes winner has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. WINNING THE PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THESE RULES. Sponsor AND ADMINISTRATOR will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

7. SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS (“Materials”) include: [1] all information and material submitted by you in connection with the Sweepstakes, including the photograph, and all other forms, contracts, or releases required to be submitted by you, whether required by the Sponsor prior to or after entry; [2] your name, likeness, image, and biographical data as contained in or reflected by the entry; and [3] all photographs, videos, artwork, writings, description, statements, dramatic materials, ideas, quotations, and any other intellectual properties created by you in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether submitted to the Sponsor or not, including the entry.

All material owned by the Sponsor or each of the Sponsors’ affiliated companies, including but not limited to any picture, logo, title art, etc., shall remain their property and you shall acquire no rights therein by virtue of the Sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS: By submitting the Materials in the Sweepstakes for an entry, you represent and warrant to the Released Parties (as defined below) that the Materials and everything depicted therein: [1] do not originate from a magazine, newspaper, or other commercial or proprietary source; [2] do not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any person, firm, or entity; [3] comply with these Rules; [4] do not contain any trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculptures or other material (e.g., on props, costumes, background) that would infringe any third party’s copyrights or trademarks; [5] have not previously been submitted in a sweepstakes of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means; and [6] do not contain material that is (or promotes activities that are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age), illegal (e.g., underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, libelous, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

To the extent any “moral rights,” “ancillary rights,” or similar rights in or to the entry exist and are not exclusively owned by the Released Parties, you agree not to enforce any such rights as to us or our licensees, distributors, agents, representatives, and other authorized users, and you shall procure the same agreement not to enforce from any others who may possess such rights.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify and remove entries it deems to be in violation of these Limitations or the UGC Terms at any time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 4 are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for the ineligibility of entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the eligibility area defined above; entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, nondelivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules or the UGC Terms; for entries that are lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; for miscommunications, failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, garbled or jumbled transmissions, undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering, insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email, or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production, or technical errors or other causes, even if caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. Any of such potential entries will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not obligated to communicate with you during the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations.

8. Prize: In order to receive the Prize, the winner must continue to be an Individual Member in good standing (as defined in Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions of Individual Membership and Exchange) at the time the Prize is awarded or the Prize will be forfeited.

The Sweepstakes Prize is one (1) Sponsor-issued Resort Accommodations Certificate for a seven (7)-night stay at a resort that participates as a Member Resort (as defined in Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions of Individual Membership and Exchange). The Resort Accommodations Certificate has an approximate value of up to US$4,100.00 (the “Prize”).

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of Entrants during the Sweepstakes Period. Once the Prize winner has been verified and has been notified that verification is complete, the Resort Accommodations Certificate will be added to the Prize winner’s membership account with Sponsor.

No cash equivalent and the Prize is nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided in these Rules at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual Prize value may vary from the approximate value. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated approximate value, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

The value of the Prize will be included as income to each winner and reported on the winner’s W-2 form. 

If the winner is not a resident of the United States, Sponsor will gross up the Prize value for any prize with a fair market value of US$600 or more in an amount to satisfy the 30% withholding requirement and the withholding amount will be submitted to the U.S. taxing authority IRS (the United States tax agency) as required by law and winner will receive a U.S. tax form 1042 from the Administrator reflecting the total value of the prize, including the gross up amount and the withholding amount submitted to the IRS will be noted separately. This gross up amount will not otherwise be included as part of the Prize.

Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable national, federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt and use of the prize won and should seek guidance from the winner’s tax advisor.  

Prize Details:

Resort Accommodations Certificate: Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sweepstakes or offer. Reservations using the Resort Accommodations Certificate can be made at one (1) Member Resort location based on availability. The Resort Accommodations Certificate shall bear an expiration date occurring eighteen (18) months from the date it is added to the Prize winner’s membership account with Sponsor. Please note that transportation is not included as part of the Prize; winner is responsible for all travel costs and expenses. All fees and expenses (such as transportation, airfare, resort fees, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, parking, meals, beverages, ground transportation, travel insurance, and incidental charges) related to acceptance (taxes) and uses of the Prize not specifically stated in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Certain restrictions apply and accommodations during holiday periods may not be available. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or if a minor, the winner’s child/charge at time of stay. Winner’s guest (or winner as parent/legal guardian of guest if they are a minor in their place of primary residence and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to stay. Stay is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes and on the Resort Accommodations Certificate. The actual value of the Resort Accommodations Certificate may vary based on the destination, duration, and resort accommodations selected by the winner. If the actual value of the Resort Accommodations Certificate is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in any other form, and no such claim will be honored. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same.

In the event a winner and/or their guest(s) engage(s) in behavior during a stay that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the stay early, and send that winner and/or their guest(s) home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to that winner and/or their guest(s) (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s)). In the event a winner or their guest(s) engage(s) in behavior during a stay that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that winner or their guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments, or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by that winner or their guest as a result of such conduct. 

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER’S OR GUEST’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability:  

SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ITS OR THEIR AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLICATIONS, SWEEPSTAKES, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR (1) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY ENTRANTS, PRINTING ERRORS, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEPSTAKES; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; OR (5) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY THAT MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. IF FOR ANY REASON AN ENTRANT’S ENTRY IS CONFIRMED TO HAVE BEEN ERRONEOUSLY DELETED, LOST, OR OTHERWISE DESTROYED OR CORRUPTED, ENTRANT’S SOLE REMEDY IS ANOTHER ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROVIDED THAT IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO AWARD ANOTHER ENTRY DUE TO DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PART OF IT, FOR ANY REASON, SPONSOR, AT ITS DISCRETION, MAY ELECT TO HOLD A RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE DATE OF DISCONTINUANCE FOR THE PRIZE OFFERED HEREIN. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND THOSE WORKING ON THEIR BEHALF, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY, EITHER AT LAW OR EQUITY, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ASSERTED OR NONASSERTED, THAT MAY ARISE FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATE TO ANY ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE AWARDING, ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF A PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC, OR TERRORISM. Publicity: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL OWN THE ENTRIES, WHICH WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED, AND THAT SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES SHALL HAVE THE PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE RIGHT TO EDIT, PUBLISH, AND USE THE ENTRIES IN ANY WAY AND IN ANY MEDIA FOR TRADE, ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND/OR OTHER PURPOSES AS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES MAY DETERMINE WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTRANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PRIZE WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS, AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO ITS AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, USE OF EACH PRIZE WINNER’S NAME, ENTRY, LIKENESS, PHOTOGRAPH, VOICE, OPINIONS, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ADDRESS, FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THEIR NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this advertisement, offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for the Prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated prize be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, as contemplated by these Official Rules. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor and Administrator that corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and: (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize as described in these Official Rules from among the eligible, nonsuspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Disputes: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA OR THE APPROPRIATE FLORIDA STATE COURT LOCATED IN FLORIDA; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENT, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. 13. Eligible Entrant’s Personal Information: Eligible Entrants authorize the transfer of their personal data to Sponsor and Administrator for the purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. All information submitted to the Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.intervalworld.com/web/cs?a=60&p=privacy-policy. Eligible Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data but not all rights apply in all circumstances. Eligible Entrants may request such action by sending a message to the Sponsor at Privacy Portal. The data controller is the Sponsor. The data recipients are the Administrator and the Sponsor. The personal data of the Eligible Entrant will be stored by Administrator on servers located within the United States. Data will be processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
