Caroline gifted herself a pre-Christmas trip to the desert in December 2021. During her weeklong Getaway at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria, Arizona, adorned with holiday decorations and carolers, she relaxed in a one-bedroom villa overlooking a saltwater lagoon pool, soaked in the hot tub, and rode horses on trails.

At the resort’s Cowboy Cookout, she enjoyed a barbecue buffet, comedy show, beer and spirits tasting, and photo booth. “The evening ended around a bonfire with guitar players serenading us under the dark Arizona sky, with sparkling stars and s’mores,” Caroline recalls. “It was a beautiful night!”

Off property, she hiked at Hole in the Rock and visited the Desert Botanical Garden, where she admired thousands of succulents and cacti from the region and a blown glass exhibit by artist Dale Chihuly. “Thank you to Interval International® for another fabulous Getaway and vacation!” Caroline says.
